Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using simplebook.download or any of our author pages (the "Website") or purchasing any products offered by GenMovi, publishing as Simple Ebook Store ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this Website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We sell digital educational products (ebooks) in PDF format. Products are delivered electronically as downloadable files immediately after purchase. No physical products are shipped.
Product descriptions and features are presented as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve our products at any time.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital files for your own personal and educational purposes. You may view, download, and print the files for your personal use.
You may NOT: redistribute, resell, share, or make the files available to others, whether for free or for payment; upload the files to any public file-sharing service; use the content to create derivative works for commercial distribution; claim authorship of the content.
Violation of these terms may result in revocation of your license and access to future updates without refund.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on each product page. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by our Merchant of Record, Creem, based on your location. The final price including tax is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
All payments are processed securely by Creem. We do not have access to your payment information. Your bank statement will show "CREEM.IO* STORE" for charges related to your purchase.
If you start a checkout and leave it unfinished, Creem may email you a reminder with a link to complete your order. You can unsubscribe from these reminders with the link in each email. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Digital products are delivered via email from Creem immediately after successful payment. You will receive a receipt email containing a "Download Files" button. Click on the product name to access and download your files. Products can be re-downloaded at any time from the same link.
If you do not receive your delivery email within 15 minutes of purchase, check your spam folder. If still not found, contact hello@simplebook.download.
Your purchase includes free access to future updated editions of the product, made available through the same download link provided in your original receipt. If a refund is issued, access to future updates is permanently revoked.
Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is made available. This does not affect our voluntary refund policy below.
We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase if the product genuinely does not meet your needs. To request a refund, email hello@simplebook.download with your order number.
Since digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned", we expect this policy to be used in good faith. Refunds are processed by Creem and will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
All content on this Website and within our digital products, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, tables, and design, is the intellectual property of GenMovi and is protected by copyright law.
Our products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not professional, technical, legal, or financial advice. In no event shall GenMovi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our products or Website. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
When interacting with our Website, you agree not to submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, use automated systems to access the Website in a manner that exceeds reasonable use, or engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the Website.
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites (YouTube, Creem, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
